Symmetrization during alignment

The symmetrization procedure consists in the application of the symmetry operator indicated in the project onto the template used at each iteration. This tends to produce averages with the imposed symmetry. However, this symmetry is not directly imposed onto the average item produced by an iteration.

Any axes of symmetry requires by the operator will traverse the center of the volume, defined by the usual Dynamo convention
