Dynamo package
Please follow this google drive link to download Dynamo. You can safely ignore any complaint of your browser about not being able to preview the file.
This package is around 2Gb as it includes the standalone Matlab MCR libraries. The tar file can be installed both as standalone or inside the Matlab environment.
Example data sets
This section will be updated with examples of training data sets.
Flagelar motors
This data set containts 138 subvolumes, each one with a sidelength of 128 pixels. The volumes are flagelar motors of Borrelia spirochetes. An example of aligned table is provided.
